Got a call back right away after phoning them. A friend referred me to Smith's. Took info on the phone and gave me an estimate to clean two upholstered chairs and a large ottoman. Price was right, for sure. John showed up on time, was respectful of my home and was honest about what kind of results he could get me. The chairs are both over 6 years old and hadn't been professionally cleaned since the lockdown. He did a great job and the results were way better than I anticipated. I will use them again for sure and this time, I won't wait as long. ~ Paula D

From the first phone contact through the on site cleaning of my patio furniture, Team Smith was professional, courteous, and exhibited a 'can do' attitude. They were very understanding when I changed my appointment twice. The technician who cleaned my upholstery was knowledgeable and efficient. He was done in less than an hour, and my patio furniture looked almost as good as new. I was so impressed I trusted Smith to take my cherished Turkish rug for cleaning.
